Carol's passion is helping people to step into their greatest wellness and really enjoy life. Her journey as a holistic practitioner spans over 40 years, beginning as a general and mental health nurse and Yoga for Health Teacher. She expanded her training into Aromatherapy and Bach Flower Remedies. Following this with training as an Integrative Yoga Therapist and Somatic Movement Therapist. A backcloth to her own personal growth has been a spiritual connection with Angels and she remains an active member of the Diana Cooper School of White Light https://www.dianacooperschoolofwhitelight.com/ since 2009.

As an accredited counsellor, Carol specialises in anxiety management and healing from trauma. On discovering somatics, she saw great improvements for clients as they learned to regulate the nervous system with breathwork. Carol's mission is to empower you with the skills to release pain, alleviate stress, restore natural movement patterns and empower you activate the light within the body.

Based on the work of Thomas Hanna, Somatic movement therapy encourages you to be an active participant in your healing, giving you tools to manage chronic pain and stiffness independently.

How We’ll Work Together

Somatic movement therapy is flexible and adaptable. Sessions can be held in person or online, on a mat, chair, or table. Through each session, she will guide you in reconnecting with your body, releasing habitual tension, and restoring freedom in your movement.
